West to Highlight Customer Experience Research at Call Center Week in Vegas

Call Center Weekly 2017 is happening this week at The Mirage in Las Vegas. The annual meetup, organized by IQPC, is part conference / part expo, bringing together the customer care community for a week of learning, inspiration and networking. It also includes the CCW Excellence Awards, honoring those individuals and teams “who have made a commitment to driving superior contact center and CX performance.”

West is in booth 821 and team members will be on hand to share copies of our recently released research report, “The State of Customer Experience 2017.” The findings will also be covered in Thursday’s roundtable discussion, “Benchmark Your Contact Center Against Industry Leaders,” to be led by Ron Lambert, Director of Contact Center Product Strategy.

West will also be participating in CCW’s Demo Drive, a popular format for another one of the show’s activities – vendor sourcing. While on the expo floor, attendees who participate in the Demo Drive can drop by the West booth for a one-on-one product demo of Cloud Contact Pro with one of our product experts, and see firsthand the intuitive, drag and drop Contact Flow Editor feature.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a conference without fun prizes; those who visit West during the Demo Drive will be eligible to win the hottest new gaming platform on the market. Hint: it will have you wanting to switch to the cloud!
